Bio
Bio: Helmer Mitsuki is one of the first to be mechanically altered by Astrotech Industries, and was selected as a "perfect" candidate. Unknown to the selection committee, Mitsuki suffered from schizophrenia and other metal health issues. He may have been the worst candidate possible. Currently testing out the mechanical improvements, he was deployed on a suicide mission in the city of Beville against a cluster of "arpods".
