I just need this reapproved, as I made several massive changes.

Name: Ouka
Race: Genetically an ape, Intellectually a goddess.
Class: Mutant Ape
Alignment: Neutral
Weapons: Anything, but her left arm has a concealed blade and her right arm has a gun. Both are from her second creation (by Yuri).
Armor: Skintight green armor as well as metal pieces cover her body, leaving only her head exposed. A red "banana clip" covers her eyes, as she is "See No Evil." She has had this same armor since her creation.

Skills:
-Rebirth Tablet - One time use skill. She's saving it for when she finds the bodies of Hien, Raiden, and Kato, all of which Shinra scattered around the world.
-Susano-o no Tenshi - Ouka draws Kato, Hien, and Raiden's spirits from her locket and has them unleash a chain of attacks. (Hien has a scythe blade fused to his arm and attacks quickly and aggressively. Raiden uses his massive fists and is exactly like an ape in combat. Kato gives these two orders. Ouka has special permission to do as she will.)
-Frag Grenade - Ouka throws a WWI style grenade at an enemy, dealing damage and lowering defense.
-Sushi! Sushi! - Ouka unleashes a few shots from a natural gun in her arm into the enemy; enough to get the job done. (80%)
-See No Evil! - Ouka shoots out her opponent's eyes from as far away as one mile. (60%)
-Judgment Ring - A ring appears in front of Ouka's hand and strikes a target down (they take damage and fall to the ground) or misses entirely. (50%)
-Power Strike: Ouka uses any non-blade weapon to strke down one opponent per turn until she misses. (50%)
-Hope Strike: Ouka uses any weapon she has to conquer one opponent per turn until a hit is not achieved.(50%)

Bio: (You can probably find it in any SH2 site...nah, I'll just post it...)
Ouka was created by Kato using the hair follicle of his dead almost-lover, Yoshiko Kawashima. He had to watch her die again, but this time, saving his life from a demon in the depths of hell. Kato crushed this demons face. When perfection was reached by the defeat of Susano-o (at the end of the game. Kato became Susano-o and the mutant apes became a sword, a shield, and a gem. From here on it's my spin on things), it was Yuri's wish to bring back Kato and Ouka in his perfect world. Ouka soon realized that Kato aged still, but she didn't, being a genetic experiment. She watched him die of Mako poisoning painfully. He gave her a locket he planned on giving to Yoshiko before her death, but was unsuccessful. She communicates with their spirits through it. She will kill anyone who touches it, no matter who they are. She vowed to avenge his death by destroying Shinra, but also helping them for the few good things they've done. She soon became a representative of Shinra and aids in the destruction of the rebels, while still not taking sides.

Notes: Is technically an ape if her DNA is viewed, but it is impossible to know unless she passes the information on. Even then, most people don't take her seriously. She hasn't smiled since the death of her lover, Kato.
