Title: The Emotionless Boy

Bio: Born in the slums of Neo Midgar he roamed the streets learning to trust no one but himself. At age 6 an old and well known sage called raven found him. The boy had tried to steal his gold pendant but he had foreseen it. He caught the boy in the act furious the boy demanded to know how he knew he was going to take the pendant. He told him of the ways of Magic the boy seem enthralled in the tale he had just told him and yet again demanded him to teach him. With a smile on his face Raven said he would under one condition "you must live,eat and breathe magic". With determination in his eyes the boy he and raven set off for years of peaceful learning.

Several years passed with each year the boy becoming more and more powerful. Raven had found him even creating his own spells soon Raven grew jealous of his pupils power had plotted to have it for himself. Sadly for him The boy had foreseen this, the two battled until nearly all their mana was exhausted, the boy would have died if it werent for the intervention of the aeon Carbuncle who heard the boys plea for help and saved him by reflecting the sages spell.The last thing Raven saw was his pupils red eyes bearing down on him. The boy took his old masters name and soon became known at the mercenary guild.

His adventures during the time of his life were filled with danger an death, many of his missions had him combating demons,powerful monsters and many rebel leaders. On one such occasion he almost was slain by a summoner, at the time he had never encountered one before and was almost burnt to death by the flaming aeon Ifrit, luckily he managed to defeat it with a variety of ice and status spells

1 year since then he had accomplished a variety of jobs mostly from Shinra as they payed the most. This chained when Raven took a job where he had to go undercover and reveal their hidden HQ to Shinra.

But after spending time with the rebels he soon saw that Shinra were doing. He revealed his motive to the rebels and said he too would join their cause. Sadly Shinra had realised that he had betrayed them and hunted him and the rebels down, after having a duel with one of the higher SOLDIER warriors, Zack having recived many scars from one of his only friends he ran, barely managing to escape death from their elite unit of SOLDIER.

After the events in the Northen Capital Raven passed out and fell into a deep sleep from loss of magical energy. While he was passed out his left arm was replaced with a mechanical arm (Like the one in full metal alchemist). In his sleep Raven was visted by the aeon Phoenix that warned him that the path that he is taking will lead not only him to destruction but the ones he loves. He is now awake and eager to travel to Iri Village to recover the five.

Manifest -
Raven summons a weapon in his hand, which can range from anything from an axe to a rapier. Any weapon he summons using Manifest, however, is a basic weapon, and disappears when Raven is knocked down or injured.

Speaks for itself

Recovers MP
Full-Cure v.2 -
Enhanced version of Full-Cure that can fully heal near-fatal wounds
Empower -
Brings out the full of Potential of the target for a short time. Raven can not use this on himself.
Thunder Spectare -
Raven summons electricty and moulds into a ghost like demon that he can control.

Metallic Magic
This skill gives Raven the abilty to manipulate his mech arm. For example he can change it into a sharp blade or an even larger fist.

Overdrive -

Red Dimension - Raven's anger overpowers him and he unleashes his full power. His enemies are thrown into a dimension that he controls This dimension lasts til Raven uses up all his magical energy or he is beaten in his own realm.

I noticed a few problems that will have to be corrected before this character can be accepted into the consortium.

Death has a maximum 20% chance of working, and Break has a maximum 50% (commonly 25%) chance of working. Just letting you know.

Also, explain "Doomsday".

Manifest and Red Dimension are still too godly for my liking. Red Dimension would be fine if you remove the "most will die", though you might want to limit it's length as well. I'll let Abbey decide on that one.

Has a rather large Magic inventory, but considering he doesn't have any physical attack at all, I think it's ok.

Does no-one understand he cant just manifest a masamune only simple weapons with no special properties what so ever

Okay, I understand Manifest now. That one is acceptible. Now the only problems are Doomsday, the unnamed skills (like fire wall, etc.), and Red Dimension. And part of the reason nobody understood is because A) your edit made no sense whatsoever, and B) You never said how powerful. We understand now. Just clear up the other things and this will be fine.

He could of quite easily died by his masters hand

The first one is just a flaw. It's not a near death experience at all. I didn't see the second one...the third just looks like he's being chased...I'll accept it if he was actually at a point where he was almost dead, but somehow managed to stay alive, as if it was a miracle. I guess I'll accept the third one.

Those would be a lot easier to see if you used punctuation, good spelling, and good grammar.
