..., but it will be when more people join. There's three levels of RPing. Once you prove that you can RP in one area, you work your way up to the next one. It's got kind of strict rules, like my other invisionfree forum, but I'm very lenient.

Sorry for the double post, but it's mainly finished and it is ready for members to join. The banner's not permanent, by the way. I'll change it when the board is more active.

I like the color scheme! It's grabbed my attention, so I'll seriously considor joining it. I'm up to my ears in algebra, though, so yep. Considoring joining.

Hmm. I didn't know that. I haven't read or seen anything about The Ring or Ringu. Should I try and do some of that to, like undertsand the site better or something?

You don't have to, but I suggest reading the book "Ring," since that's what the site is based off of. The Ring was as far from being like the book as Whiskey and Rum is from being a kids drink...
