I'm currently installing a mass PM mod, so there may be a few bugs to work out in the code when I'm done. Worst case-senario I uninstall the hack if there are too many bugs.

The term advertise is very flexible, essentially, its getting people to recognize something. Letting people know they can mass pm through mass pming, is advertising in a sense.

Um... I'm pretty sure Mass PMing is an admin feature only... Because it's 100% stupid and retarded if a non-admin can use it.
