If we're going by my naming system, his sister's name wouldn't have to be even vaguely related to his. They could be Urza and Memnarch Strife for all anyone else on this forum would care.
p.s. I personally like Urza and Akroma, but I don't think Akroma sounds very feminine, so I would make them brothers.

What game? I have no idea what you're talking about!
(It really doesn't matter about how famous they are in-game, but meta-game, I'd say Urza and Akroma [and maybe... Memnarch?] are the most well known. And I'd know. I used to play a little, but not enough to really know the world very well.)

Personally, I don't think Ashnod is very feminine either, and why would sky have a sibling anyway?
